GROUNDS maintenance

If you're just looking to keep your lawn from looking like a hayfield, we're not the right company for you. But if you're looking to maintain a stunning property that commands attention, our grounds maintenance services are just what you've been looking for. Our grounds maintenance services are available à la carte, week-to-week, or as an eight-month contract (April 1 to November 30).

• Turf Maintenance: Includes mowing, line trimming, and edging. 
• Spring Cleanup: Includes debris removal, turf renewal, and turf damage repair.
• Mulch Bed Maintenance: Includes laying of new mulch, or renewal of old mulch (and removal, if necessary) and bed edge redefining.
• Pruning & Hedge Trimming: Includes trimming & shaping hedges and cleanup of debris. We also offer rejuvenation pruning for many varieties of shrubs.
• Turf Repair: Our turf repair service will get your turf in tip-top shape and looking beautiful. We use a variety of strategies including hydro-seeding, over-seeding, slit-seeding, hand-spreading, and other methods, depending on your timeline, budget, and turf environment.
• Seasonal Bed Maintenance: Keep your flower beds looking fresh and colorful throughout the spring, summer, and fall with seasonal flower plantings and weed control.
• Fall Cleanup: Includes leaf and debris removal, and preparing turf areas for winter.
• Debris Removal: (å la carte only) Includes loading and haul-away of your landscape debris.

Landscape Installation

Whether you're constructing a new building, or your current one just needs a face lift, our landscape installation services provide everything you need. We'll guide you through the process of budgeting, planning, design, and installation, and you'll receive firm commitments from us about the time table and cost. 

• Landscape Bed Installation: We can install a variety of landscape beds, including mulch, decorative stone, or erosion control beds. We also have a variety of decorative options to make your new landscape bed look beautifully stunning, including plants, trees, boulders, etc.
• Edging Installation: We recommend edging beds containing stone or other permanent decor. We edge exclusively with staked aluminum edging, which is durable, doesn't rust, and resists floating out of the ground unlike inferior plastic products.
• Plant Installation & Removal: Some options include trees, shrubs, flowers (perennial or annual), and ground cover.
• Erosion & Water Management: We provide grading and drainage installation services to remediate water and erosion issues.
